Yes plus if you text loyalty to 21500 they take 20% off the price for every additional sim
I received the following text from o2.
“O2: Great news We've just added your Extra FOC 15GB Non Sharing Data which will be available until 14-06-23. Remember you can save data by using O2 Wifi.“
The extra 15gb is therefore only for 12 months. Hope that helps you decide.

Not all people use data for streaming. I know few of my friends are taxi drivers and the maps use hell lot of data.
I just took out the 20gb deal on Monday.
Simv card due today.
It says it takes a few days to activate.
So i didn't have to do anything.
I just logged into my O2 via the app and looked at the customer benefits section.
Incidentally I've got my first bill today and the sim hasn't actually arrived, lol!
Also, it's says it looks like VM is not available in my area, despite being a customer for years.
I’ve just taken 2 lines out and had the same message about VM not being available although I’m already a VM broadband customer. If it doesn’t link the address up and apply the benefit within 14 days then you just call O2 from what I saw on a previous thread and they will get it applied

They do it after. Mine has been done within a day, just talk with chat if it doesn’t appear after a day or so.

Same thing happened to me, I just called them and they said wait until number ported over which was done within a day and they then sorted it out the next day my volt boost
20gb became 40gb
Virgin 200mb became 350mb
So I upgraded to this offer then in the app in myo2 offers downgraded to 2gb for £5 and it still let me keep the extra 15gb (edited)
That's because you're not a TCB premium member. I have two TCB accounts, 1 is premium and the other isn't and it showed £12 on one and £10.20 on the other.
If you’re also a Virgin Media customer and activate Volt Benefits, you get the ‘Volt Travel Inclusive Zone’ bolt on added (mine did automatically) which will give you roaming in the US (edited)

yes, I waited for 17 hours because I was waiting to see the gift 15G that never seamed to appear.
Often get this error message with O2, within the app and also their website, at late hours of the night or early morning. You'll find it all over their forums, mostly from people trying at night. I was getting this when trying to port my number over. Try during office hours/ afternoon, worked for me.
It's each month. Mine showed 15gb too for a couple of days, then it showed the 30, and now 35gig as I upgraded to the 20gig for same price + extra 15.
So give it a few days

have upgraded this way a couple of times now when I’ve been a few months in, haven’t tried ‘upgrading” every month to see it if works
you’re signing up to another 12 months, but if you can keep upgrading and we’re planning on keeping the number/contract anyway?

There was a 100gb for £15 on a 12m simo, but don’t need 100gb, don’t need 30gb and only need it for a month while I’ll be in the US (for a week).
Dont really want to try it to find out, don’t want to be stuck in a 12 month £15 contract, well £12 a month after the 20% loyalty
Could pay the £6 a day and just use my phone but that goes against the grain when I’ve got an additional O2 contract already.

I called and had the same response, but if you follow the link on this deal and click checkout it opens myO2. Log in to your account and you can upgrade there, don't even need to get a new SIM. All went through in about 15 minutes for me. Now myO2 shows 30Gb data
Yes, Beware!! I took out a similar offer a few years ago, and after initial contract period they removed the additional data. So if you're currently on the £8 for 20Gb tarriff you may be better off staying put.
Of course you can change contract or provider after 12 months, but still something to consider.
