    We use this all the time, better than the jar stuff imho (no extra oil too). I usually work on approximately 1 block = 1 clove; I like my food garlicky though so ymmv!

    Going to try this, only ever used the stuff in jars, how do you work out the correct amount to use, say for a spag Bol? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question

    I'd suggest using it cut up the same size as a clover, rather than the comment below that suggests 1 piece per clover. It is preference at the end of the day, if you like the food more garlicky then try a bit more!

    This seems to be less expensive than fresh garlic, and much more convenient. Frozen, but the deal is hot for me. I'll give it a go!

    Got some today, was £0.90 at my local Morrisons.
    With inflation being what it is, it's perhaps not that surprising that there's been a price increase between when this was first posted and now!
