sorted byI imagine it will be very busy at normal store opening time, but only time will tell I guess. I usually go shopping at lunch or after work, so I guess I will find out how much busier it is there.
Took it 4 weeks to come down from the High to the lowest and I know. I updated petrol prices app as I walked by. Amazing profiting I wish the government got on top of. You can have free market economics but when they rip off. I wish they'd slam down hard.
Petrol still £1.61.9 Cardiff
Thats from an already above average price of 179.9 (edited)
Time will tell if fuel economy improves (although I have found my fuel consumption has been markedly better this year than previous 2 with the same car using Morrisons diesel). (edited)
BTW, petrol and diesel are expensive and will continue to go up in price. Crude oil is traded using US$, and at the moment the pound exchange rate is quite bad. And it will get worse. Yesterday, our local petrol station (Henley-on-Thames) were selling diesel for £1.998"
Pros: I like how they have a middle lane between the pumps so you can drive past the car in front of you if there's a spare pump in front of that car.
Cons: The entrance is in a ridiculous position. By the time I left the store mid morning there was already a queue that was blocking the entrance to the store. It was obvious that was going to happen. Maybe the far side of the car park to the left of the tyre bay might've have been a better position for it.
When I entered the store, there was a queue from the customer services desk all the way out of the store with people applying for membership!
