Dates of travel at the discounted rates are between 28/11/2022 and 02/02/2023. Decent luggage allowance per person with two pieces of luggage (Up to 85cm long) and one hand luggage, no weight limit. Terms listed below, need to book by 10th November once live.

Anyway, restrictions are now vanishing as quickly as they appeared.
They should be called Euroanembarrassment.
Went onto the Ryanair website instead and am now going to Stockholm for £40pp return and staying in a nice boat hotel with sea views for £55 a night.
Not quite the trip I initially had in mind, but I’m happy all the same.
You can get the Amsterdam & Region transport ticket (€36.50 for 3 days). Buy it online or in Amsterdam when you arrive.

Gives you unlimited train/tram/bus travel within a wide area that includes Haarlem & Zaandam.
We stayed at Inntel in Zaandam which was fun, and right by the station.
