Just a heads up if looking to book Eurostar train tickets, this promo will go live next week via TrainPal from 8am 5th March.There will be a flash sale for Eurostar train tickets from London to Brussels or Paris or Lille for £70 return (£35 each way), for the travel period between 13rd March 2024 and 23rd May 2024 (blackout dates apply). TrainPal will also be running a 5% train coupon applicable for both new and existing app users, using code EURO333 , which will lower the price to £66.50 return (£33.25 each way). If you are a new customer (not booked a train ticket via Trainpal before) there is a further 3% auto discount via app to lower the price to £64.40 return.

Steps as follows

This promo does not go live until 8am 5th March

1) Go on the Trainpal app and apply / activate the 5% train coupon EURO333 in voucher/promo section . You can do this now.

2) Then on the 5th March after 8am go on Trainpal app and search for train tickets for London to Brussels or Paris or Lille return for the travel period between 13rd March 2024 and 23rd May 2024 (check exclusion dates) . To find the cheapest dates suggest looking on Eurostar site first and then mirror those dates and times on Trainpal (please note the sale does not start until 5th March 8am so hold off searching until then as the rates will change on Eurostar).

3) You will then be able to get the return fares for £66.50 via app (or £64.40 return if a new customer)

Luggage allowance

On Eurostar there’s no weight limit for your luggage, but you should be able carry and lift your bags safely. Each bag can be up to 85cm long at its widest point.

There's no restriction on liquids so you can take your favourite toiletries or even bring back some Parisian perfume. We do have some restrictions on alcohol

Standard tickets - luggage allowance per person

- 2 x pieces of luggage Up to 85cm long for rucksacks, suitcases,
- 1 x hand luggage e.g. handbag, laptop bag or briefcase

Customers can exchange tickets in Standard and Standard Premier as many times as they want without paying an exchange fee as long as tickets are exchanged 7 days or more before the departure date of their individual journey.

Eurostar Flash Sale terms

5) DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION: During the Promotion Period, promotional railway tickets on Eurostar trains on selected routes are available as follows
i.Promotional fares are available for the following routes when booking a return journey:
1.London <> Paris for £35 / €39 each way.
2.London <> Brussels / Lille for £35 / €39 each way.

6) EUROSTAR FLASH SALE RESTRICTIONS:
i)Promotional fares are available on Standard Class tickets only.
ii)Travel period: 13 March 2024 - 23 May 2024.
iii)Subject to availability. Availability varies according to dates and trains.
iv)Each route has its own black-out dates (see below), during which it the promotional fare is not available:

Mid April is the cheapest but the price after that generally creeps up slowly leading up to summer.

Be aware you can't stay at the Davy Crockett ranch if you're travelling by train (needs a car to get to the park). All the other hotels are walking distance to the parks and station. Eurostar also no longer stops at Marne-la-Vallée so you'd need to change at Lille

Check prices via the Uber app as well as they give a 10% credit for future use on any Uber service.

yes I believe various sites including Uber will have access to the £70 return sale rates once live on Tuesday 5th March, so could be useful to combine with the 10% Uber deal

I was looking at Eurostar for April dates to Paris but was over a grand for fam of 4, so I'm guessing this offer won't make that much of a difference

check back on the 5th, possibly depends on your flexibility of times to travel to Paris but new sale rates will be loaded in on 5th March so worth a check at least

Going to Amsterdam end of may, flying is still cheaper and a lot easier considering I can fly my local airport instead of having to get to London first .

It obviously depends where you live, but when you land you still have to wait for any hold luggage, and then actually travel to the city from the airport (whereas the train drops you in the middle of town). So it's not really a like for like comparison

That was a joke, I went on eurostar and found a trip to paris for £35 per single, the same trip on the app was £82 out and £125 back. Same date, same time.
