I bought a pair of slippers from them in another deal last week. They are well made and a very good price, but seemed small for the size I ordered (may be that memory foam just takes time to adjust to your feet?). Their website offers what seems to be a very generous return/refund policy so I wrote to them and very quickly got a helpful and detailed reply.
