I have been in a month long email dispute with them with this stupid lifetime one per customer policy after an order failed to go through at the payment (due to the site being glitchy as heck) and now it thinks I have redeemed them and won't let me try again saying I reached the maximum amount... They even held the money and my platinum points for ages.
At this rate I am getting sick of emailing them and they keep putting me on email loops.
when you log into the mynintendo site there is a page called Expiry that tells you how many expire each month.
they always expire on that last day of the month.
they have weekly missions to get points for logging into the nso app, playing an online game, using cloud save and extra missions every week for playing (starting) certain games. atm you can easily get 400 points for starting some n64 games. they refresh these missions every Monday so they are easy to accumulate weekly. they don't really tell you about these on the mynintendo site.
so if you haven't seen and have nintendo switch online find the missions in there and you can get them.
