    Had some in the cupboard from a past deal, so here is the ingredient list from a package. I am coeliac and have had no I’ll effects. I eat a very strict GF diet and am pretty sensitive to glutonium! 🧬🥖

    The Anellini shapes make great spaghetti hoops. Very good in chicken soup too.

    We use the Morrisons version and have had no side effects etc from it with my other half. Alway a bit cheaper there and some of it.
