Bet you could buy 4 trolley casters, some 2x4 and a cheapy tstak to diy yourself a wheeled base for less than £40... :/

I guess you are paying for the convenience, for someone in the trades the time is prob worth more than the saving, but for most of us DIY'ers, yes its far cheaper to knock something yourself!

Yeahh it's annoying, all of my tools are Bosch but because of the extra expense and fewer options made me go for tstak. (edited)

Anybody wanting the student code pm me

Good find. Definitely going for this especially as it’s dual compatible with Stanley and Dewalt. Would be great to get the student code but alas I need a few more comments before I’m allowed to pm.

Lidl often sell a wheeled base which is possibly cheaper than buying wheels

They had the wheeled bases this week in my local Lidl. Slightly narrower and longer than the DeWalt case but very convenient for using as a seat or just the convenience of moving the very heavy toolbox about my workshop. Cost £12.99.
