Still the best offer there is to do the survey on the receipt, get your 5 digit code and redeem it for a bigmac and fries for £1.99

Or make the code up with 5 random numbers and don't do the survey?

On the topic of McDonald's, is anyone else getting this when trying to login to the Android app?

"McDonald's have attributed the price increases to the impact of the increase in food and energy costs".

Strange that it is only affecting medium fizzy drinks and not any other sizes?

Given small is now 99p, medium £1.49 and large £1.99 it seems the pricing is now incremental. Also large is only 500ml so a rip-off on its own anyway.

would say it has a knock on impact on offers though, as the offer prices have increased as well, McDonald's Monday's have been pretty poor recently

Not sure how people will survive....families will be forced into cooking their own food and eating all other kinds of ridiculously healthy food. The pharmaceutical companies will be in disarray!

Honestly doesn't surprise me. Long gone are my days of consuming any of those mentioned items (with the exception of fizzy drinks) in my new vegan lifestyle. However, I wouldn't be surprised if prices for the McPlant and Fries etc go up soon

I think the triple cheeseburger was £2.19 at the start of 2022, then went up to £2,39, then £2.69 and now £2.89

I'm not surprised, the cost of energy for businesses is huge and NLW is rising at a faster rate than most peoples wages.

Mcdonalds is too expensive generally now. An 'extra value meal' (do they even call them that anymore? Are nudging their way towards a tenner. And some stores are more expensive than others. I'm losing the love personally.

Once a week as a lunch treat I will grab a burger and chicken Mayo . £1.98 . Then customise with extra lettuce , extra onion . Just hits the spot . £2.18 won’t stop me .
I only use McDonald’s for this or when ever there is a 99p or £1.49 offer for a big Mac or Quarter pounder .
Would never pay over a fiver for a meal .

Compared to the price increases in the supermarkets that’s not to bad most items n supermarkets are gone up 50% plus and you do not need to go to McDonald’s whereas most people need bread, milk and other essentials

Mine all went up 50p each 🤦🏻‍♂️

The McPlant in fact has gone up. £3.99 for the burger itself, £6.19 for a meal. I'm sure it was £3.59 for the burger and £5.59 for a meal last week.

In the local kebab shot, a platter which was 18 £'s pre covid is now 33. They are not big restaurant. But still too pricey. Energy prices are not the only reason. The floor rent space have gone up ridiculously.
