Slightly cheaper at £13.06 for 24 if anyone loves this stuff as much as I do

When going via S&S you select quantity as 2, and yep got the discount and down to £6.80 for both. Great find. Heinz beans is also in the same promotion

Love these, ordered 48 tins last time.
When I ran out I tried others from all the supermarkets.
Settled on Morrisons version, 30p a tin.
Tastes nice, just a bit thinner.
Have 60 tins stashed under the stairs.

Good investment. Morrisons cream of tomato currently 85p.

You would need a DeLorean but these were £2:10 for 6 last September

The only soup I still buy even though I've got a soup maker! No idea what they put in this but I've never been able to come close with the soup maker. Other flavours no problem but Tomato? Nope.

    Heat added.

54p per tin. Get in! Not as cheap as the 24 I got for £9.09 in January but will do nicely (edited)

As a lifelong Heinz fan I was amazed to find that Sainsburys (57p) tastes at least as good. Same goes for the Coop branded tomato soup. It's also excellent but up to 85p at my local.
    qbs's avatar
Same goes for Aldi soup - 59p if I remember correctly. Asda Essentials beans at 27p with a touch of curry powder added are far better than Heinz. (edited)

    and £7:35 for 24 tins

I presume £6.80 is if getting maximum s&s discount i.e. you already have other subscriptions in place? Best I can get it down to is £7.90 by ordering 2, applying the 10% discount and s&s.

    Check the salt content.

1.1g per serving. Pretty normal amount of seasoning. (edited)

Prefer to batch cook my own for about £1.50 although it obviously doesn't keep for as long but tastes much better.

Would you mind sharing the recipe
  21. shylock's avatar
Please can someone explain how they are getting £6.80? I can only seem to get £7.90 by adding 2 to basket and then applying the promo S&S voucher... (edited)
