    Can you use these for trail running?

    I wouldn't use them for any serious distance over 5k, or if you are particularly heavy. The mid-sole is very different and not the same quality as a proper running shoe. Proper trail runners will cost a bit more though

    If you want a walking trainer at this price I'd give Decathlon a look. I've got a pair that I've been using almost daily for six years and they still haven't fallen apart even though I suspect the cushioning is pretty knackered by now .
