Excellent offer for Costco members here, which includes free delivery. A good sized unit that you'll get a few bins or bikes (Going by the images) It does include the floor. We use a smaller model for tool and log storage at the moment, but no idea how old it is, as it was here when we moved in a few months ago.

Torn between this and the £306 Argos Toomax Storaway 2270L one.

(edited)I have the Keter unit and it looks sturdier compared to the Argos unit, particularly the locking mechanism
They are selling it at 400 on eBay and 480 on the Keter website.
