Apply the 30% voucher to get the price stated in the deal. Seems a decent price for a docking station for the steam deck from a known brand with all the stuff you’d expect. Power delivery, HDMI, Ethernet etc.

Almost ordered, but it blocks the rear vents quite abit. I'll stick with my ivolver dock for now.

The one posted here or this one which lacks the USB-C input but also doesn’t obscure the Steam Deck’s cooling vent?

I also have this dock and really cannot fault it. Build quality and performance have been great.

Have this myself ordered about a month ago via AliExpress (ugreens official store) for £25, works very well and fits in the dbrand killswitch case on.

Nice that it has a USB Type C

Thanks and yes the usb c input is nice. Just checked Ali express and listed currently for £30.08, so a bit of a saving there if you’re happy to wait a bit for it to arrive

From the picture, I would NOT buy this. It looks like the dock blocks off the bottom vents?!

I bought the following dock for my Steam Deck which has been absolutely fantastic and the build quality is excellent. Currently £37.59 at Amazon.

Works flawlessly. I have had it connected up to tv and had my Arctis 7x headphones plugged in at the same time. Also used it for transferring files from usb stick with keyboard and mouse plugged in at the same time, all without any issue. (edited)

Have been looking at getting the deck for a week now and only not gotten it because I saw they had 10% off a few weeks ago and wondering if they’ll do it again in the summer sale

    Doubtful.

They only did that for the 1st anniversary of the Steam Deck unfortunately.

Is there any reason to own a dock other than passing through to the TV and using a bluetooth controller? Or passing it through to a large monitor and using it as a low-energy desktop, though one of the reviews says it doesn't support USB-C Display Port so that would be less practical.

I'm unsure what people do with them. (edited)

Came here to ask the same question! I’m using mine so much precisely because it’s portable, so I’m not sure what value people get out of having a dock for it. Really happy to hear from people who use one though, in case I’m missing something.

I'm using this one and it's superb! Full 4K/60hz, ethernet and clears the rear vent as well.

Good to know. I've had this one for a few weeks but yet to try it as I need a power adapter. Unless the steam one is enough?

Would this also work for other usb c devices eg MacBook or iPad for display out and the usb functionality?

Any reason this couldn't be used for Galaxy Fold 4 ?
