Made for both arcade aficionado and novice, the FUSION Wireless Arcade Stick by PowerA is the perfect choice for your favorite Nintendo Switch fighting game franchises like Pokkén Tournament, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, SNK, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Tekken, Guilty Gear and many more classic arcade titles. Improve your combos using eight full size (30mm) Japanese style domed buttons plus ball top joystick with metal shaft, dust cover and thumb-stick/d-pad toggle switch. After up to 30 hours* of Bluetooth wireless gameplay using two AA alkaline batteries, open the front storage area to plug in 9.8ft (3m) USB-C to continue playing in tournament wired mode. There is even a battery mode switch that prevents battery drain or interference in wired mode when OFF. The solid build quality is reinforced with a sturdy metal base and rubber footing that holds up to intense button mashing action. Finally, show off your personal style with two face card options or download a template from PowerA.com so you can design and print your own.

You'd need a HDMI cable coming out to connect to a TV and a power cable coming in for the Pi (unless you used some sort of portable power brick), so could get messy?

Bought two of these work well. Using them over Bluetooth with batocera also on pc via Bluetooth.

Buttons are quite firm but fine. You can swap them out for sanwa buttons I think quite easily. But I am finding them fine.

Octagonal gate in base, which I have switched to and prefer

The cable does work on PC, you do have to turn its wireless mode off manually with the switch on the back

If anyone has been wanting to replace the artwork but having trouble like me with the cutting process, I picked up an Olfa CMP-1 (circle cutter) for 8quid and it made all the difference. Quite happy with the result even though it is only a low quality print on normal paper, i'm sure with photo paper would look a lot nicer.

Got mine, quite impressed for the price, paired with the steam deck without any problems, buttons are a little stiff but not unusable, but might look into replacing with a lighter button if I can get something inexpensive

    On Amazon:

    Question:
    Does this work on PC.

    Answer:
It works on a raspberry Pi, so it should be fine on a pc, wired only though I'd think
By Darren on 26 July 2022
Yes it does work well on pc wired.

Was about to buy that but the PowerA controllers I have bought both broke within minutes.

Very light compared to other manufacturer's originals.

Might be wrong re this stick, but it's a no from me!

Gets a great in-depth review here:

Considering he's rating this at $120, then I feel it's a no brainer if you want a switch or bluetooth arcade stick at this price.

seems interesting for the price, wouldn't mind a wireless arcade stick, hopefully the latency is decent

Am I correct in assuming the joystick only addresses the d-pad input, or can it be switched to address the analogue stick as well?
    ZennZero's avatar
    ZennZero
Actually, it looks like it has a toggle to switch between the analogue sticks!

Are they any ready-made templates that I can download or print?
If not, what's they best place to get art work to use, after SSB , Streetfighter. (edited)

Theres a pdf on the product page for templates powera.com/sit…pdf

I was going to try it but then realised I had no chance of cutting it out without looking like a mess (edited)
