Rumcajs_9This is the first, and the last time I am playing with trade-ins. The messed up my order, I had the speaker for free in the cart, but when I paid for it, I got the confirmation only for the phone and the charger. Most likely, they have got a glitch in the system, that took the charger as my purchase and removed the speaker as it's below £500 (and ingored the phone).
Now when I was trying to get it sorted on the chat, those people are totally clueless and were trying to convince me that there isn't any speaker promo at all. Only when I showed the the screenshot, they changed their mind. On top of that, when I was talking with them, they changed the trade-in, and now I would get -£100 instead of -£200. The only way to get the speaker, is to place a new order, which I would haave to pay £100 more now...

With this, if you really want to get the free speaker, you can cancel your current order and reorder again. What you will do is place the order for phone and charger separately.

reece.carterHey guys, I spoke to someone on the samsung live chat about the deal and they informed me you can't get the speaker if you do a trade-in.
I think I got around it, will see when my phone arrives. DON'T start the process by saying you're going to trade in your phone. Do it as normal full price, then add a accessory (I picked a charger) when you get to the basket remove the accessory and then the speaker will appear in your basket. Now on the phone you should see any option to trade-in your phone, do this and go to checkout, I had to pay a £5 delivery fee for the speaker so I'm guessing it work.milanista77They must've changed the rules - I did trade-in AND have the speaker in my order confirmation.

LastFanI'm in the same position - ordered the S23 on 8th May and it's now expected to be delivered 9th June. The problem was they ran out of stock. I've emailed the customer services team and the were helpful in advising of the situation and I've spoken to the promotions team who advised that they were aware of stock issue and that I don't need to worry about getting the Adidas voucher. If its outside of the 30 day claim period from the purchase date (which it will be for me) I just need to contact them again (by phone or emai) and they will honour the claim. I must make the claim within 7 days of receiving the phone though). I know the delay is disappointing, but dealing with both samsung customer services and promotion team have been positive for me. I hope this helps other people in the same position. I'm really looking forward to receiving my new S23 phone (in the graphite colour). Don't give up.
