Details

Delegate the laundry to Care For You, the first Tefal steamer that reduces creases, sanitises, and dries automatically. Hang clothes inside, choose a cycle, and it does the rest! Enjoy crease-free clothes in 10 minutes. Banish germs and odours without any detergent in 40 minutes. Or dry delicates gently. Who needs a dry-cleaner? It’s safe for all fabrics, silent to run and so simple to use. Four wheels and a light, retractable design make it a cinch to store. It’s also more energy efficient than traditional steaming and repairable for 15 years.

• Delegate laundry: Tefal’s first automatic clothes steamer, Care For You uses all-natural steam power to reduce creases, sanitise and dry your clothes – so you don’t have to!
• Go hands-free: Hang your day’s outfit inside and, in 10 minutes (just enough time for a shower or some breakfast), you’ll have crease-free clothes. All without lifting a finger (or an iron).
• Steam clean: Steam kills 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, and germs1 and removes odours without detergent. Breathe life into your clothes, wash them less, and you’ll find they last longer.
• Be gentle: Allow gentle steam to dry delicates without damage. No shrinking, no burning, and no need for a dry-cleaner. It’s also good for items that won’t fit in the dryer, like pillows.
• Take it easy: A large screen and remote control make Care For You so simple to use. It’s also silent to run. Plus, with four wheels, and a lighter, more compact2 design, it’s a cinch to store.

Just a word of warning - these are terrible! Not a patch on a regular garment steamer and a world away from a conventional iron. Genuinely one of the worst, most pointless purchases I've made.

Shirts need 30 minutes to get less creased and will never be crease-free. Releases a ton of steam, too - so you will have damp walls and windows. The 10-minute setting won't even sort a t-shirt out. And be wary; the weights you must attach will stretch your clothes. The clothes drying setting is also anaemic.

I bought one of these when they first came out and got rid. The time it takes to attach all the weights to the shirts (you need 5 individual weights hanging off the cuffs, front and back) means that it's actually more effort than getting the iron out.

Save your money and get an ordinary handheld steamer - these are awesome and miles better than this waste of space and money! (edited)

You have to attached weights ... May as well get the ironing board and iron out, sounds much easier

    Review conclusion from Which.co.uk:

Should I buy it? No. If you were to stop ironing forever, you’d save a lot of time, but you’d be walking around in wrinkled clothes. If you bought the Care For You and stopped ironing forever, you’d still be walking around in wrinkled clothes, as well as being £600 lighter.

Just buy some non-iron shirts. Uniqlo do good ones, but loads of retailers sell them. As long as they are put on a hanger straight after the wash finishes they dont need to see an iron.

No idea what it really does, I have an ironing machine and Polti steamer but looks interesting and cheap enough to give a go, so ordered, thanks OP

Found this, you hang stuff in it, lift up a concertina surround, press a remote, something happens, you then let down the concertina and take out clothes

There is no alternative to plate contact ironing. This over priced device (over priced even at the reduced price) is just appealing to human laziness. Read the reviews of the device.
