    automatic cashback

Finally, have they taken the hint that their cashback system is atrocious!!!

Good luck to those who venture with mobiles.co.uk, they are seriously

Screenshot the front of your bill, upload to their website, wait for cheque, scan it in banking app and get paid. How is that atrocious?

Does Vodafone charge for roaming in EU now? That puts me off. Otherwise have some heat op

Yes. Having to pay 6£ a day to use my inclusive allowance in Turkey. Bye bye Vodafone. Only reason I had stuck with them was for EU roaming but since Turkey is no longer classed as EU by them, not worth £17 a month for 10GB 4G data.

No free roaming. Sticking with Lebara for now

I was thinking the same but now simply purchase a lebara sim just before I travel and use it as my data sim whilst abroad. I then cancel auto top up when I get back and then repeat the process next time a travel.

Request your PAC code from your old service provider and give it to your new one

Is the auto cashback any good/reliable. My mum upgraded her voda contract with them around a month ago and still, nadda. Need to chase them up on that

Mine took ages to come through but I got it eventually

I have the redemption deal. Not had any issues, just set diary reminder and they confirm normally in 24 hours, cheque a few weeks later

Sorry if this appears stupid, I have memory and cognitive issues. I have 3 contracts on Vodafone with one which is open for renewal. xan I just take this out and mention her mobile number or will it not work for upgrades?
  11. suley786's avatar
Just for anyone who is interested so the upgrade via mobiles does work and I have completed.

you are signed up to a 12 month minimum term but the plan and discount lasts 2 years. This is good as then you can let it roll to Black Friday or the next year and then upgrade should you wish again to a new plan,

also it’s a 20gb red plan with a 80gb data bolt on. So gets you 100gb and why it’s not visible on Vodafone website
