sorted byMy pair went wrong after 14 months, Made a whining sound like an old hearing aid.
Amazon put me through to Soundcore.
Followed their instructions to hard reset them and unpair and repair to my phone.
Worked for a month but then the issue came back.
Soundcore got me to go through the same process, this time it would not work.
After saying that this pair were faulty they said a new pair were on the way to me.
Arrived next day. I was very pleased.
Highly recommend the headphones and Soundcore customer service and support.
They are comfy (once I started adjusting then with the band) and last ages on a charge. They connect very easily to my phone and TV. I've had six hour gaming sessions with them with no problems. Sound quality is very good to my ears.
Range is also very good and I can wander around my house without losing connectivity (even into the garden). They'd be perfect if they had a mute button for the mic. Noise cancelling is not 100%, but for the money is fantastic for someone who has far too sensitive hearing, they're little oasis of peace and quiet.
HOWEVER my ear cups became flaky after 14 months, but I can confirm that Soundcore support are decent. (Exact same thing happened with my AKG K450, and AKG didn't want to know). (edited)

I heard you need QC45 to do this, thanks
What models would you recommend?
If the Q30’s are an improvement over then absolutely grab a pair of you are in the market.
Q - are the headphones and noise cancelling useable and useful without installing the app? (edited)
