• This experience is available week round, year round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January
• Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August

• Please note, you cannot redeem your voucher at London Eye Pier, however you may board a cruise from this location
• There is no need to book your River Thames cruise vouchers in advance – simply take your valid voucher on your chosen day to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive a ticket valid for 24 hours
