The Gozney Roccbox will allow you to cook pizza’s within 60 seconds. The high temperature and ultra dry environment created by the porous stone floor allows you to also sear meat in minutes, create crispy skin on fish and create the perfect caramelisation on vegetables while locking in flavour and freshness.

Features:

Insulated Body – Comprised of multiple layers and a unique insulated jacket, Roccbox absorbs and retain heat, allowing for true open door cooking, like traditional wood fired ovens.

Dense Stone – The thick porous stone floor creates the ultra dry environment necessary to bake from below, imperative for avoiding a soggy pizza, whilst the rolling flame bakes from above.

High Grade Stainless Steel – The stone floor is kept in place by a stainless steel base plate and anti-wrap reinforcement joist, ensuring durability and longevity at the highest temperatures.

Rolling Flame – The thermal elements store and radiate heat, creating a rolling flame and a more even temperature through the oven making a more consistent cooking environment.

Thermocouple Probe – The in-built thermocouple thermometer allows easy monitoring of the oven temperature from below the stone, enabling more diversity in cooking and control.

Quick-Fit Gasket – The interchangeable burner connection allows and easy switch between the tradition of wood and convenience of gas. Wood burner not included, available as an accessory.
