    Not Chinese cabbage and not raw.
    Haven't tried it, but I doubt any kimchi fans will be rushing to buy this.

    If its on the shelf in the dry goods isle then its not proper Kimchi. It should be in the chiller cabinet for the gut health bacteria.

    I could be wrong, but I think it's pasteurised thus any beneficial bacteria are dead already.
