*Just for absence of doubt, I checked with mods that this was OK to post as this game was posted last night but at a higher price, however this reflects new code with 40% off - and I tv was decided it was better to start new thread for visibility rather than post the code in the previous thread*

NiS dropped a big sale code this morning giving 40% off select titles. This means Yomawari deluxe edition - a really good game - can be had for £8.50 delivered - a big discount on the previously posted price of £12.50 There are other titles in the sale but no idea whether they represent good value as they’re more expensive or been done to death on here before, so will leave for others to post.

A young girl awakens in a dark, unfamiliar forest with no recollection of how she got there. As she searches for a way out, she crosses paths with a mysterious individual who reveals to her that she’s been cursed. In order to break the curse, she needs to explore the streets of her town at night to seek out her lost memories. However, malevolent ghosts lurk within the shadows, and the girl must avoid them by running, hiding, and shutting her eyes if she hopes to survive long enough to break her curse.

The Night Continues: Another chapter of the atmospheric horror series has emerged from the shadows! With a new story set in a frighteningly familiar world, new and returning fans alike can dive right in.

Home Sweet Haunt: Eerie sound design and shadowy environments set the stage for gruesome and terrifying ghosts never seen before in the series.

New Fear, New Me: For the first time in Yomawari, you can customize your character’s appearance by changing her hairstyle, hair colour, clothes, and accessories.

See No Evil: Do whatever it takes to survive the terrors of the night. Unveil secrets and spectres alike using your flashlight. Find clues while listening to the sound of your heartbeat to detect nearby ghosts, and utilize the new mechanic of closing your eyes to avoid the gaze of the evil spirits watching you.

There's a demo if you want to give it a punt first, if it's not showing on the store page might have to grab it directly from the e-shop as I did yesterday. Given it's release date should in theory still get gold coins out of it and since it's not on sale you should hopefully get the full amount too. Know for sure when it starts arriving.

Prior to this release there was also a Switch bundle of two games called Yomawari The Long Night Collection released digitally or as a standard physical bundle that commands a much higher price.

There was likely a recent reprint that went under the radar for The Long Night Collection, it can be bought for £38.99 at hit and around £40 elsewhere.

I don’t even know what it is but for £8.50 I’ve ordered it. If I don’t like I’m sure I’ll get my money back selling it

£14 voucher or £10 cash at CEX so you basically can’t lose money on it

They’re really interesting isometric horror games basically. Even if not to everyone’s tastes, they’re a bit different and worth trying.

The amount of people that have voted this cold is wild. I will never understand this site

I have noticed you get an influx of cold votes before the deal reaches 100, regardless of the deal being way cheaper than elsewhere. I can only assume from people who don’t want to see gaming deals
