    £3.99 to return anything, everything's got to be complete with tags and undamaged box, labels can't be attached directly to the boxes.

    Im not sure if you can send back multiple items for £3.99, has anyone tried that?

    Distance selling regulations as far as I can see only state the business must make you aware of who is responsible for paying to return at item at point of sale.

    Seems more than reasonable tbh.
