    society/workplaces are the problem...too many people in cliques that ignore or refuse to engage with people they don't like....and HR departments do nothing about this silent bullying... (edited)

    Sadly I think cliques run most businesses, they also contain poor performing staff but there's strength in numbers. It's like the schoolyard.

    Hope the books helps people, however I think it's still an act and most people will see through it, just be yourself as it's not worth being fake just to get to try and get promoted.
