Great price to get there and a wonderful city steeped in history.
Just that when you get there it’s all going to be pretty pricey!
Can only recommend staying outside the city and there are plenty of commute options to get you there. We actually stayed near Salem and used the train from there, plenty of closer options though.

Just about to say that, Boston is very expensive for accommodation.

We did a quick stopover for a day and a half in Boston last year, would love to go back. Loads of history and a 4 hour train ride to NY if you fancy.

Whale watching from Boston harbour, with a refund if no whales seen, about may to October. Sam Adams brewery tour is great. North station to catch Amtrak north to Salem, the conductors are just like the polar express

NBA Finals could be at this time if Celtics would go through Miami Heat.

United is giving up on this route so prices will probably be higher next year.

United operate from Heathrow not Gatwick, so it's the Heathrow-Boston route that is being terminated in October

I hope anything similar comes up for Toronto

Flew this route in March. No faults at all. Empty flight plus baggage for such a cheap price. No other transatlantic airline can offer such a price! Got the train down to NYC too

I worked in New Hampshire for a while so love Boston. Was going to bag this, until I checked out the prices for accommodation. Last time we stayed out there we commuted in but it was an absolute nightmare. A steal at this price but check out the accommodation first. For an extra £100 Skyscanner was offering me flights to LA, where the cost - and choice of - accommodation was much better.

Yeah - I booked some flights in July (a bit more expensive) - good grief the price of accommodation is eye-watering.

The transit system looks OK - $22 for a week travel card and I purchased a Go City pass for £100 so I can get to all the major attractions that I want to see.

All I am thinking of is the movie TED with the bear doing his impression of Boston women
