I know this deal is not for everyone, especially given that you get unnamed random fruit tree selection and rather late in the season for bare root plants but that is why they are 4 for £17 delivered! Well worth a punt I thought at this price especially if you have never grown dwarf fruit trees before and want to give it a try, which I havent and do!!

Lots of other plants also on offer and P+P stays the same (unless you spend>£250 then it is free). I have also bought a non spikey mahonia (soft caress) gardeningexpress.co.uk/mah…764

This Bromeliad gardeningexpress.co.uk/fas…ant

And a Veronica

I have never ordered from Garden Express before so I cannot vouch for the quality of their plants, 3.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot

Dont know if there are any vouchers out there for free delivery???

SPECIAL DEAL - Usually 79.97, today just 9.97 - Save £70!

LUCKY DIP LOST LABEL COLLECTION!

This deal offers an amazing end of season price and is perfect if you're not fussed on specific varieties!

We have sold around 100,000 fruit trees already this year, and before we move on to our potted stocks, we like to clear up the final few of the bare root season, which must be sold and planted now. Occasionally, given the volume of trees we are selling there's always a handful that lose the labels - so if you're happy to take pot luck, now's the chance to get a bargain in the face of rising shop prices and get started on the growing your own journey.

If you like fruit, or simply want to eat more as part of a healthy lifestyle, you need these.

A massive garden is not needed as these will thrive in patio planters and can be easily kept as compact towers with pruning.

Collection of Dwarf Patio Pillar Fruit Trees containing one plant of each in a selection of 4 different varieties, this is will a lucky dip selection - below is an example of varieties that could be included, we also have many more, so it will be completely pot luck! We will however ensure no duplication of Cherry, Nectarine, Peach etc, although you may receive a couple of different apples and pears in the mix.

Cherry Stella / Cherry Burlat / Cherry Sunburst
Luscious Black Cherrys are excellent picked straight from the tree, easy to grow and productive. The large dark red/black cherries are very juicy and sweet, with a typical cherry flavour. If your only experience of cherries is from a market stall or supermarket then we think you will be very pleasantly surprised with the flavour of fresh cherries straight from your own tree.

Fantasy Nectarine
One of the best Nectarines for the UK, 'Fantasy' is easy to grow and fully hardy. The mouth-watering crops of red fruits have juicy yellow flesh and can be harvested in summer. Early harvests have a fresh tangy flavour, while later pickings have a rich sweet taste.

Apple Jonaprince / Fuji / Braeburn /Red Delicious / Cox / Golden Delicious / Elstar
We supply two or three apple tree in this lucky dip selection, as although some apples can be self fertile, they always benefit from having a partner around! These well loved apples need no introduction, being widely available in the shops and as a healthy treat in kid's lunch boxes! Now they can grow their own. These varieties are renowned for heavy cropping with loads of juicy, crisp, mouth watering bright red fruit. Enjoy straight from the tree or store for use through to winter. Although dessert varieties, they are also great for baking pies and making apple sauce. You can even be adventurous and use the kilos of fruit you will be able to harvest for juicing and making cider too. If you find you have too many apples, remember they also freeze really well.

Williams Pear
Juicy and Sublime this is one of the nation's favourite pears. Covered with pure white flowers in mid-spring, followed by delicious, juicy, yellowish green fruits. The tree is broadly columnar in shape and is ideal for an open, sunny site. Use your pears in the fruit bowl, for tasty desserts or even have a go at making your own sparkling Perry! All in all, it is ideal for any cooking or baking use, as well as for fresh eating.

Stanley Plum
Originating from the USA where it is a popular commercial variety, this really is one of the tastiest and reliable varieties of plum that there is. The deep violet-blue skinned fruits cover orange-yellow flesh that is satisfyingly firm, very sweet and juicy. A very hardy and easy to grow tree.

These Pillar Trees will produce delicious full sized fruit in the first year after planting and grow no larger than 1.8m provided they are given an annual trim.

Keep in tubs on the patio and enjoy the delightful spring blossom that is followed by the vivid coloured fruit.

Why not plant a few trailing plants around the base to create an interesting effect.

Self-fertile varieties, vigorous and ready to grow quickly.

Supplied bare rooted at around 60-80cms tall, simply soak the roots for 24hrs after arrival then pot up or plant out in the normal way.

I bought these for an allotment a couple of months ago. All leafed up lovely so far. No fatalities despite my serial plant killer ways (edited)

Absolutely awful company. Their Trust Pilot reviews plummeted last year then suspiciously had lots of very positive reviews to bump their ratings up.

Poor quality plants, awful coms, terrible service and months to wait for plants. Terrible company. You've been warned.

I purchased a bare-root collection of fruit trees from these guys. The 'height' also included the length of the roots! When I complained the trees were smaller than advertised they said in T&Cs it includes roots and thats industry standard. How can the height include whats buried under ground? Other plants came unlabeled (multipack of mixed roses, didnt know what was what, so no idea they even sent me the varieties advertised), some dead, very unhelpful unsympathetic company. I dont use anymore.

Avoid this company , i spent over £200 on plants some where dead damaged and missing , I contacted them as soon as I received the plants they asked for pictures, I sent them in and didn't hear a thing after that . I would say its a crime to not send out the products I've paid for . It's even on the receipt that it's to be delivered but the plant has never arrived

Thanks OP. Worth a punt at this price.
Btw the Poundshop fruit bushes at £2 each, out of 20 different only 2 survived. All the rest are dead! No matter how you nurture , put in pot, put in ground, don't understand how I have weeds growing out of impossible cracks, yet Poundshop plants die?

I wouldnt if I was you, I regret posting this deal. I ordered mine June 2nd and still not dispatched. Early June is late to be planting bare root fruit trees but it is going to be mid/late June by the time I get mine IF they arrive at all. I didnt realise just how bad this company and their customer service really is, looks like this company have completely lost the plot. That's why I expired it.
