sorted byAt first, the rep said they can only do a refund rather than replacement thinking it was sold by a 3rd party but, once I explained that it was Amazon EU, he said they can’t send anything out but he checked the current price of the game at the time of the call (£61.88.) and sent a refund for my order as well as the difference so I can purchase again for the higher amount as Amazon were responsible for the issue! Incredible customer service 👏 (edited)
A) This was a French copy anyway
B) You can get an English copy elsewhere much cheaper than £62

Opened the package and saw a slit in the seal. I knew straight away what someone had done. Looked inside to confirm the cartridge was missing.
