I got this deal last time and the voucher did come through eventually. After a month they sent an email confirming they'd tracked my order and then a month later the voucher.

Just make sure ad blockers and things are turned off.

Perhaps TCB instead. Cashback maybe lower but don't have to worry about signing up and sending receipt. 20% off is also honoured
