Good stuff, thought I'd switch to Aldi bagels when I spotted them for only 85p or something, instant regret when I got them home, cut them in half and found them to be the texture of a dry sponge. Horrible.

I found that with any non-new york bakery bagels. Can't beat the original and best for that soft chewy texture!!

and they seem to last for a while after best-before-date too.

The Cinnamon and Raisin ones remind me a bit of teacakes but nicer because they've got that chewy bagel texture.
