sorted byI realise people will say, “You’re doing it wrong. There’s something about the way you’ve got your computer/browser set up that is preventing auto-tracking”. Well, maybe, but I have tried everything I can think of to avoid this. For general Web browsing, I use Chrome and I have that locked down pretty tight for cookies, etc. I exclusively use Edge for things such as TCB and I leave it at the default settings and allow third-party cookies etc. I am careful to clear cookies/history before going to the TCB website (so Edge is clean and clear). I then go directly to the TCB website and use the link in TCB to go directly to the retailer. Invariably, the screen on TCB informs me that my visit has been recorded. Once in the retailer’s website I select the products I want and complete the transaction in as few clicks as possible. I don’t follow links to other websites and/or otherwise visit other websites during a transaction. Still doesn’t work – and I don’t know what else I can do. Incidentally, I’ve tried the same using Firefox.
Is the app any better at automatically tracking transactions does anyone know?
I always get tracking issues if I forget to disable it.
Otherwise TCB and Quidco both work like a dream in Chrome browser.
I don't clear any cookies either, just close all open browser windows, start fresh with a new browser session and first thing I do is disable Adblock. (edited)

update - actually just bought sainsburys card like you have and the purchase email and gift voucher have come through already but it could be that the server was slow when you bought yours and they will get round to it soon. check in your spam folder as it can end up in there. (edited)
