Been a great company so far. But sadly, the cost of living and inflation has bit them too & they've started cheating people. Bought 3 pairs of shoes last year and returned back 2 pairs. After having claimed twice to have received the returns, they then did a 180 turn and refused to refund money back. Claimed that they never received the returns. Showed them the proof of posting, their own mail confirmations that they've received the returns etc, but to no avail. Finally had to involve the card provider to get the money back. Overall took around 5 months and a lot of needless headache to get my money back. So, for that reason, would not recommend timberland to anyone anymore (edited)

I bought some shoes last year in the sale, the soles where a really light foam which had no guts to them, no support what do ever so I returned them.

Not brought much Timberland shoes in the past, was I unlucky or are the shoes not that good? (edited)

I've been buying their boat shoes for the last 15 years. The quality has collapsed, in my opinion.
Loake also have a sale on, and I'd trust them more than this lot.

Keep getting an error entering birth date ‘please remove invalid characters’ I’m clicking on their calendar but still not working…anyone else have this problem?
