About this deal

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I bought this at the beginning of the year via Amazon for a few quid less on a special offer and it's great. I'd say it's a good buy even at £4 more than I paid. It comes with the ground spike and cover as well.

We've had ours since March and it still looks new (Cover it whenever you're not using)

This Brabantia Lift-O-Matic 60 m Rotary Airer with Ground Spike + Cover offers the perfect solution for drying your washing outside. This Lift-O-Matic airer features an easy to adjust umbrella mechanism on a 45 mm diameter aluminium pole, which helps to find your ideal working height between 2 tensioned positions (129 cm and 187 cm). 60 m of drying length is available within 4.5 m² to optimise your drying space.

The four durable weather resistant coated steel dryer arms turn smoothly even when fully loaded with wet washing, with no need to carry your washing around, while the non-slip UV resistant plastic washing line stays taut in all working positions. The lower position offers ideal airing for cushions and bedding, and all arms are fitted with special holes for clothes hangers, ideal for drying delicate clothing. The rotary has a sturdy hanging loop at the top of the pole to easily store on a hook in a garage or shed.

  • Total drying space 60 m

  • Ground spike included
  • Cover included

If you're in the market for a good rotary dryer then this is the bees knees! I had a few cheaper one that lasted no time - but this has stood the test of time.

It is brilliant, Ours is going strong 2 years in, make sure to keep in covered when not in use.

Hardest part was getting the ground spike in clay/rocky soil, but solid now.

The cover is abit poor quality, can rip/tear easily if not careful. So now we are careful with it.

The cover is easily the worst part of this package, but mine is still functionally fine after 6+ years. Colours have faded and it's a bit stained but it's protected the actual airer from the elements just fine.

I bought this in a Black Friday or Prime day from Amazon a good few years back and it is class. Very sturdy and handy with the adjustable height as wife is shorter

I've got the size down from this (I think, it could even be this size), I purchased from Dunelm 6 or 7 years ago for £75 and it's still sturdy and going strong. Haven't used it much this year due to the bad weather but I was considering getting another one to replace the smaller cheaper airer we also have at the other end of the garden.

Even at the full price I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, for this price it's a bargain, yes it's a lot more than the cheap versions but it's definitely worth it if you are going to use them all the time instead of a dryer.

Anyone else with one of these have a problem with crows stealing the ground hole cover?

Yes we did but I think in our case it was the magpies! We bought a replacement ground hole cover some years back.

How small is the woman in the picture? These things are only 1.87m tall...
    They are enormously wide though.

Ours is about six years old and still going strong although we did replace the cover this year!
