    Yep.

    But in general all factory made chemicals are bad for you.

    Chemicals exist in nature on the periodic table... you could call things such as copper, boron, iron, there technically a chemical, but "synthetic" or "synthesized" compounds are the ones your body has a hard time processing.

    Most people use sweeteners because they don’t want to use sugar which is good because sugar is one of the worst things you can put in your body the jury is out on sweeteners I avoid both.

    Best to just cut down on sugar. Use half the amount!. Nothing wrong with sugar per se, if you excersise regularly.

    Its just if your already out of shape and pilling on more sugar, it's bad.
