    Tbh I think there are better options. I briefly owned this before sending it back as it did not automatically switch back to mains power (EPS). This is handy if you need a bit of extra power whilst out and about (camping/beach/etc) but it's in a weird product segment. Sure it'll keep your laptop going for the afternoon, but not much beyond that. The inverter isn't powerful enough to supply any high current devices, for example a jet wash, kettle etc. It doesn't have a UPS function so isn't much use as a computer backup supply.

    If you're budget can stretch look at AFERIY. The 1248Wh can be had for around 500 - it's on and offer all the time. It has a pure sinewave inverter good for 2kW peak, four times the capacity of this unit, UPS and EPC capability etc etc.

    What could be a use case for this? Too small for campervan, too large to charge your phone..

    We have a few this size. We charge them for free via solar and use them on Phones, laptops, and the like. Would be handy to run a broadband router in the event of a power cut for 6 hrs or so
