Someone items from my exchanged return order

I purchased some items from House of Fraser and one literally had upside down label, I had sent this back using Inpost for return. Week later they are saying the item I sent to them are not correct, inside the parcel I received some random clothes with an order invoice.

House of Fraser already past on investigation team and result saying I sent them the wrong item. I have already contact the other company asking if they have my package mixed up but I see that I won't see it again even though they will keep a look out.

Only Inpost I have not contact yet, what to do

The mistake was buying from the Fraser / sports direct group ๐Ÿ˜”. I'd personally never buy anything from them again. Who paid for the return postage? if it was yourself I'd contact inpost to get full tracking details and maybe get an investigation going if required. (edited)

House of Fraser given me return code, I used Inpost since it didn't need label or invoice order inside which I think it was bad idea..
