Gentleman - Styling Hair Products you'd recommend for a nautral look

I'm the hunt for a good quality hair styling product. For short to long hair ie all hair lengths that can hold the style I'm looking for one that has

No shine
No white parts of the products left in the hair
Also noticed after applying the fudge hair product. My hand will have loads of hair before washing.

I've tried a few most recently the fudge brand


and although it holds well it still leaves parts of it in my hair. A natural look
