    I got one of these last time - only used it for the USB A ports so far. Managed to soak it when something spilled in my bag but still seems ok.
    It's a bit bulky, but can't argue with the price

    I have same one, it is soild tool for me, I used it on steamdeck before and my laptop recently.

    One question is this guy take the only USBC on my laptop so I can't use my dell monitor by C to C cable, so I need another huge HDMI cable and the original charger which takes huge space on my desk.

    How would you charge your laptop with this, would you need to purchase a seperate USB-C cable/adapter?

    the cable that comes with ur laptop is good enough, u dont have to purchase a new one or an adaptor. the usb c port that comes with the hub supports 100w PD charging, just plug it and it charges. u can also use it for fire stick/ccwgtv ethernet connection. u have to buy the hub (8-in-1) with rj45 tho.

    OK be careful, most cheapo ones do 4k60hz, what's difficult to find is ones that do 2x 4k60hz output or 2x 1440p60hz.

    I was trying to find an all-in-one type c hub, 2x 1440p output, type c power delivery input, type-c output and rj45. The closest I could find is this one: aliexpress.com/ite…IK5

    The only issue with this is that it doesn't do 2x 1440p@60hz, otherwise it's perfect!

    Better to buy one decent one than loads of smaller ones with less ports. I've now got 3 spares ones - in my defence I bought these 3/4 years ago when they were only a few available with so many ports. (edited)

    Got to be honest I've ordered a lot from Aliexpress over years - never had a problem but recently had an item not turn up - to say aliexpress where unhelpful is an understatement. I think the response I got was go check at the local post office 3 months after complaining (on a 15 day guarantied delivery) and they just marked it delivered. Considering all their stuff comes via hermes I was not particularly pleased. I found ebay usually has similar stuff at no real price difference (and you can get somewhere with a complaint). If you're prepared to take a risk go for it but I'm done.
