Made a complaint to them in January about a hotel I stayed in for one night in Melbourne that wasn't as described. Complaint ignored. Repeated the complaint, again ignored.
So I just won't use them for anything anymore for the rest of my life.

Things must have changed in last 2 years as when my accommodation provider in Jersey cancelled my booking, they made them find us alternative accommodation and cover the additional cost the same day. First class customer service at the time. (edited)
rubbish customer service......complained about too familiar host in Naples......rang them in tears as single solo traveller.. ....advice keep the room door locked.....told them I felt unsafe......not interested
