Tailored Suit For Wedding

As in title, looking for a tailored suit for my wedding. Budget around £500-£700. Any recommendations would be great from those of you who have had suits made from various companies.

Utterly pointless. Will bring you nothing but disappointment and misery spending all that money. Don’t do it as it will just make you look at yourself on the big day and in the photos after for years to come and wonder ‘why did I do that!’

Regarding the suit, yeah just rent one.

As others have said, rent one. Cheaper, doesn't occupy space, environment friendly. Moss Bros, Suit Direct and many other options available.

Dare I say it but have you considered ordering from China, ie Ali express.

I purchased my wedding suit from Ali express and it arrived perfectly for around £70!
Sure it was a risk but the style and size I wanted wasn't available anywhere so I took the punt.

Would it not be more cost beneficial to hire one? Realistically you're probably never gonna wear your wedding suit again. I paid about £80pp in 2014 for tailor made suits.

How many pockets did it have and was there a min number that had to have? (edited)

Off the peg suits don't fit me well, which is why I'm going down the tailoring route. First and probably last time I'll do it. But worth it for the big day imo.

The rented ones may as well be tailored if you get a decent hire place
