Why is HUKD still allowing deals from this retailer? Go back over the history of deals from here and see how bad they are.

TLDR They are fine until you have a problem. Then they are not fine.

I guess commission, as it's very odd who is allowed and who is not

Using one of these now, mine came in great condition, battery probably lasts 4 hours ish. For my usage better alternative to a tablet.

Guess its OK if you get a Good one.

This seller is always included when there is a 15/20% code,so may be worth waiting if you don't need now

Cold from me, doesn't post to NI
Sick of these companies excluding part of UK, for the very least these sellers should be banned here if they not willing to service whole UK or change the name to hotmainlanddeals (edited)

They’re idiots, and they always act as though it’s eBay or someone else controlling where they can and can’t ship to. They’ve just seen someone else saying that they won’t ship to the highlands, islands, or Northern Ireland, for free and copied them without understanding what they’re doing. Richard heads, the lot of them.

Is it easy to upgrade storage on these?also RAM?

No, this thing has a 0/10 reparability on iFixit, you are stuck with the battery, RAM and SSD that the device comes with. You can get the display off but at high risk of shattering or cracking it.

Total nightmare if it needs a battery, YouTube it and you will see what I mean. (edited)

I can't find anything. Do you have a link somewhere?

    Thanks!

Crap deal. For the posted price you get nothing but the most basic model with barely any storage. The seller wants 40 quid for a £15 stylus. Same for the keyboard. No guarantee that the batteries etc are okay either.

Bought on one of the last deals and really happy with it for what it cost, upgraded it to windows 11 myself

Bought the SP5 earlier this year from this seller. Device arrived in new condition with a new battery. The keyboard cover arrived in poor condition, which I returned with no issues.

I bought one from this seller for about this price a while ago, and I love it.

I don't put it to any serious use, but I've got all my streaming apps installed and it's great. Battery has a very poor battery report when I run the tests, but seems to last for ages when I just use it for streaming on amazon or Netflix, medium brightness.

I know you can get tech with much better specs, but there's something very nice about Surface Pros. Very happy with my purchase, but maybe I was fortunate with my order.

If you get a good one, they typically last but when they do fail/swell, it's usually the end of it. Surface Pros at the RRP are a tough pill to swallow but second-hand they can be great value. Repairability is basically zero though.

6 year old cpu, just fyi.

Mine arrived today. The screen is immaculate and there are a few very minor blemishes on the back. I'm just installing Windows 11 on it now. Very happy for the money. I'll need to give the battery a proper test. (edited)

Just realised today, mine came with a sticker on the back (under the stand) that shows the battery health %. Not sure if it's accurate but would maybe be worth comparing

Now available for £135.99 SAME SELLER

Managed to bag the 256gb version for £159.99. I think personally its good value having had a surface pro 3 in the past. Yes they are unfixable and I take other folks comments above but I plan on selling it again in 12 months time.
