Deciding which laptop to buy

Hi. I'm considering the HP Envy x360 15.6" (2 in 1) as my next laptop. But I'm stuck between two options which offer different advantages but the same cost.

I would be using the laptop for: work, doodling/making notes via the stylus/touchscreen, reading, watching movies/series, storing documents and backing up photos/videos (though I also have an external hard drive and cloud storage). Speed and picture quality would be important.

So which would you go for and why?
