I have, overall a very good purchase. Delivery took a few weeks but I knew that. I was happy with the charms I bought. I wouldn't buy the gold/rose gold coloured ones again as they have tarnished but the silver ones are good quality, I've had them a couple of years and look nice on my pandora bracelet. The photo charms were better than I expected.

I've had a bad experience with them, bought something, immediately asked them to change the colour of item, they confirmed and assured me they will send out the newly selected coloured item, as item hadn't been processed/dispatched, item was dispatched 1-2 days later (so plenty of time to amend my order, so you'd think), item received a week later, with the incorrect colour. Haven't used them since
