Xbox elite controller series 2.

used like new from Amazon warehouse - just missed out on the previous Amazon and John Lewis deal, was looking on Amazon and came across these - 5 left at time of posting. Don’t initially show up when looking through other sellers - you need to filter and select “like new” as a filter - will then show these sold and fulfilled by Amazon.

Will look at condition but previous Amazon warehouse buy have been new items unused. Think these may be customer returns from people returning them to purchase from John Lewis instead.

Understand some reviews regarding reliability it have option to return and extended Microsoft warranty. Great price for what it is.

These are bad enough brand new

Have had 2 in the past from Amazon Warehouse, both had issues. However, they had a little bit of Microsoft warranty on them, so sent them to be replaced (pretty quick service).

The replacements have been fine, just a warning to people you might have to do the same.

These are brilliant, made a massive improvement to my game in CoD. Making the sticks less stiff does wonders for aiming and the buttons on the bottom mean you can reload, jump, swap weapons etc without taking your thumb off the sticks. Even more useful with MWIII as there is a reload whilst running perk.

Got mine used like new a few years ago and only issue I've had is one of the bumpers getting a bit flaky but it's easy to pop the top off and spray a bit of alcohol into the offending microswitch, good as new for over six months now. Never had stick drift on any of my controllers so think it might be how you treat them.

Ive said before with items like this, The place that does the amazon returns dosnt really have the ability to test control pads so they could be perfect they could be completly none functional but aslong as they receive power theyll get sent out.

Whys there a separate tab for elite with components. Bit worried this unit might be bare.

Because this controller is sold both with and without all the extra components unlike the original elite. So if you buy without components it won't have paddles, extra thumbsticks options etc. Which you may or may not care about (I couldn't get along with the paddles and like the base sticks best personally)

Honestly as good as this controller is when it works I would avoid like the plague!

Will be broken within a few months with horrendous stick drift with your only option being at least a ‎£40 fix (per stick) unless your fairly handy with electronics and have the required tools.

Don't encourage these companies to keep using potentiometer type analogue sticks and put your money behind companies using hall effect without the built in redundancy.

Had 3 of these from Amazon, 1 was basically brand new with 11 months warranty, 1 was very good with 9 months warranty and 1 was total rubbish and went straight back but at least the return was easy.

Arrived yesterday - unfortunately was similar to your last….. box look brand new - pad was another story - all sorts of bits and dirt in between buttons and pad seams, disgusting to be honest. Then checked warranty on Microsoft - ran out in February!!! Absolutely disgusting Amazon selling this as “Like new” - I wouldn’t have paid £20 for this let alone £80. Sent straight back - apologies if anyone purchased with similar experience…..

My one is getting two years old and only issue was a sticky analog, which was fixed in seconds: amazon.co.uk/dp/…6UW (edited)
