£139.99 further £10 off if you got one of them vouchers Amazon sent out to people that brought Xboxes off them. £129.99 in that case, £139.99 without.

It depends what games you mostly play. If you mainly play single player titles then I think you would have no problems with this controller. But if you will be using it for competitive online play, then I'd have to advise against it. The structure and mechanical components just can't take the added pressure your hands naturally create when you are using it.

They are admittedly the best controller you will ever use when they work, gaming is just pure bliss with one of these in your hands. But the build structure if pathetic in regards to the pricing. The mechanism which shortens the triggers so you have a split second advantage over opponents snapped on mine after 3 months. The left bumper came loose a few months later. Never again will I buy one of these. Despite me missing it terribly

Gone through four of these. They aren't very reliable. I would think hard before buying another

Sorry, I should have been clearer. £10 off delayed delivery of my Series X, they were late delivering for "release".

Think stock must go on eBay has them for about £110 with the 20% off code at the minute. Grade a with 12 months warranty.

Grade C, hell no

I bought one based on people commenting on how good they are. Personally wish I hadn't bothered. I use it just like my other controller's, the little paddles get in the way and can't hold the controller properly so that makes them redundant, so other than that its a basic controller imo. Not had mine ages so unable to comment on issues, not personally experienced any, as above the issues for me are having the extra paddles on it which just get in the way. Each to their own. Maybe I need to play about with it more, but end of the day I just wanna get on with a game (y)

Does anyone know if the Venom charger works with the new Series X controllers when they come out

If they've been £35 I'm waiting lol

Excellent thanks, already got the charger dock, mind you some of the above comments regarding reliability are putting me off, was thinking of treating my son for one of his Xmas presents.

I bought mine in the last sale they had. And it feels solid. I've only had it for a week or so. But no issues as of yet.

Don’t think so try reading this then “Microsoft is extending the warranty on its Xbox Elite 2 controller following complaints over hardware issues” You don’t release an investigation into build quality and extend the warranty for nothing as Microsoft clearly know there’s big problems with durability and build problems. I would like to own one but not at that price and problems there having so please read the link. I don’t just say anything without facts Link

That's what someone who has never owned one would say. Bad build quality? I own one so I can tell you that you are wrong

Try keeping up with all the scuff jumping kids in call of duty without a paddled controller. If you don’t think it’s worth it then it probably isn’t to you, but if you play fps games for any sustained period of time then this controller will make you better.

Bought one from Amazon warehouse (used like new) with 20% off last week on prime day to replace my series one. No more swapping batteries!

Update to the above. Have used it thoroughly throughout the weekend and unfortunately, button A is sticky and sometimes unresponsive or presses all the way back and doesn't bounce back, such a shame it was looking like it will be perfect from the first sight, but yeah. On the upside though, I actually managed to get on the chat and they refunded £20 for that. Warranty is till November 2021 on mine so will be sending it to Microsoft, hopefully replacement is better, so the controller will be a grand total of £76 (y)

Bonus if its new but i cant see it. you still got amazon to fall back on for a year though so its ok i guess

If it’s refurbished I hope the warranty is also extended or it’s a new one. I only say this as the Serial is engraved onto controller and it’s likely the previous owner would’ve registered the device to send it back. I’ll call them tomorrow to clarify. “IF” it is a new one, it works out quite well considering what we payed 😃

I dont know this is the first time ive had to do this. Id like to think it will be a refurb a1 condition and just a swap and return quickly. Someone else might have a better idea than me.

Just finished completing the Microsoft return. Still had warranty til March 21. As I only have to send back the controller and no other parts, do we know if they replace it with a new one or a refurbished one?

Seems like a good price drop for this controller.

Your correct.. my apologies

Back in stock from Amazon (delivery Nov) for £131.99. Still pretty good price!

Thanks for this op. Ordered last night at 8pm, took delivery at 12:30pm today! Not even a Prime Member and when ordered the estimated delivery was 24th October! Controller feels fantastic, no issues with any of the buttons and all are registering. I will add I did buy one of these at the beginning of the year and sent straight back as I had a sticky A button and one of the paddles would not push down. Fingers crossed this new one remains as good as it feels out of the box for years to come.

Doesn't matter. It only depends on the time of purchase what law your under.

By the time the 2nd year kicks in we definitely won't be in the EU.
