Lit Fibre

I've been with them for about 18 months now, and to be fair, they have been fantastic. Install was quick and easy. Speeds are usually pretty good. I wired in alot of boxes round the house for consoles, etc that all go back to a netgear switch next to the router to maximise the speed as the WiFi dips the further up the house you go. We have the 1gb package, and the WiFi is usually around 200-300 downstairs and anything from 50 upwards upstairs. When I came to renewal I got offered £59 which I wasn't happy with so rang them up and they instantly said sorry you were sent the wrong offer and dropped it to £39 a month for 2 years with no price rises. Their customer care is also decent as you usually go straight through on the phone, albeit with a foreign call centre. They even sponsor my kids' football team, so I haven't got a bad word to say about them! Also I had 14mb maximum speed for years living in a town with no hope of BT replacing the basic broadband to fibre before these guys turned up. (edited)
