PlayStation online

So my online account is due for renewal towards the end of November. I have PlayStation essentials I believe. No card connected to the account so I assume last year I would have bought a subscription or something from somewhere, not PlayStation/Sony. They want £60 can I get it cheaper somewhere else? Only jump into MW a couple of times a week. Thanks

Is it multiplayer on CoD or Warzone/Resurgence? If the later you get that for free, it's just multiplayer you need to pay to play.
The only benefit for me for having PS Extra is the free games, sometimes they add ones I've always wanted to try but never did

If you can hold off until Black Friday you can likely get it 50% off and buying topups from Shopto is how alot of people do it now to get even cheaper, however there is nothing stopping you buying now via topups and then from the PS Store purchasing the sub at full price using those topups and then on Black Friday buy it again to extend it.

Also consider the PS+ Extra tier if you want to play 100s of games with lots of top AAA games it may save you alot of money.
