Are eufy outdoor cameras any good especially in the dark?

Looking for 2 outdoor cameras which are pretty decent in the dark. If not, any recommendations?
To add, I have a ring doorbell maybe ring cameras are better choice?
Thanks

I don't have much of an issue with the camera quality of my eufycam 2C camera but they are hugely unreliable as a system. Can often take ages to open and start playing and sometimes they don't at all. They often alert me to things outside the area I have asked for but then will sometimes refuse to pick up things really close to the house. Overall quite a frustrating experience over the 2 years I've had then

Heres screen shots from my playback page at night, images will be better if you actually download the file and the people in the image aren't blurry in actual footage when moving or paused

That does look impressive, if you can identify people at 80ft then even more so. My driveway cams are really to cover just my driveway much like the your second set of pics.

Does your cam use the 3x zoom automatically to fill the screen or do you have to initiate the zoom manually? Which cam is the zoom on the 3m or 2m? (edited)

Going to go against the grain here and say that Eufy and Ring cams are what I would regard as consumer Mickey Mouse cams!

If night video quality is a must then check their specs/performance/capabilities of night time captures. Important thing is don’t be impressed by stills with little or no night time movement but check out how they perform at night with a person moving around.

All my cams are Dahua which I’ve chosen specifically for their night time performance, none are the greatest of latest megapixels, max on mine is 4Mp but when dialled in they perform quite well at night.

Having said all the above about still images here is a pic from one of my 4Mp cams that cover my driveway from the mobile app, quality is better if I do the same capture from the PC that runs the NVR software.

I have to disagree, i can identify a person by their face 80 foot away accross the road on my eufy E340 floodlight cam, admittedly with its second zoom lense but you cant do that with your cameras i bet so its not micky mouse quality, also with people moving around at night time its still brilliant (edited)

i've got two cameras and a door bell.
They work okish for me and all are decent enough in the dark.

The door bell picks everything up fine and decent.
The one i have at the garage doesnt always pick things up. As an example, it will pick someone walking up the drive and then drop out.

They are ok and overall suit my needs but I would not have them again.

Oh, and forget geofencing.....it just does not work no matter what i try.....google it, i'm not the only one !!!!

    Thanks for the replies guys.
I'm now thinking of a set up like this. I'm now doubting whether battery ones would be a gamble on quality especially where I live the street lights go out at midnight
