Best triple sim android phone?

I’m tired of carrying two phones and would love to get my 3 sims into one handset. Does anyone know what the best option would be?

I use one personal sim, one for work and have a third on an unlimited data plan but it’s also the sim I swap out when I travel with a local sim.

I remember this was a big thing many years ago in some countries. A colleague from Hong Kong had a modified quad SIM phone (pre smartphone era), never explained why. Then a very public confrontation explained everything - wife and two girlfriends. Plus one for work.

Haha I’ve heard about this, it’s still very common for those same reasons!

A quick Google would suggest these are very rare

In Europe yeah, seem to be quite prevalent in far East. Just not quite good enough spec etc to warrant importing one to try

Convert one or more of your sims to an e-sim. Most recent phones can take e-sims

How many can you use at the one time though?

Mine can use one esim and one physical, as far as I know. Pixel 7 pro. (edited)

Have a look on AliExpress for an adapter to “expand” one of the SIM slots on a dual SIM phone. It may or may not work but they are real cheap so worth a go.

I used to have one for my iPhone 4 to make it dual sim and it worked really well! Didn’t know these adaptors were still around

should carry a spare phone such as a nokia or similar one, keep the 3rd sim in there. They come in handy when the battery runs out.

That’s what I’ve been doing tbh and I want to get away from doing that

There is little demand for tri SIM phones. Most people will have a work phone and a personal phone, so that is where the demand for dual SIM come from. Very few people have the need for another number.

I think you need to convert your personal SIM to one that actually meets your requirements. Then no need for 3rd SIM . Dual SIM phones are two a penny

Yeah true but I’d have the same problem when travelling… ideally I want just one phone and 3 sims active at the same time
