    Just discussing with the app team, and they haven't received any other reports as yet, but they would like to check to see if there is a common factor possibly causing the issue.

    Can you both please advise if:

    - If you are connected to WiFi or using mobile data?
    - same internet provider or mobile provider ?
    - Have you tried another connection?
    - since when did you start experiencing this behaviour?

    So I've noticed it's happening to me mostly on WiFi, it works ok on mobile data which would suggest that it might be a local issue to me. However, I tried also on a friend's WiFi network and the same was happening but we happen to share the same isp which is community fibre. I'm sure it's an app issue with WiFi being used because the website loads instantly on my mobile and computer on the same WiFi network.

    HI we'll leave the comments open on this thread to see if any other member report similar issues. It would also be helpful if you could add your device make & model + the installed android OS version and confirm which version of the hotukdeals android app you have installed. (In case it's specific to a device / brand / android version) Thank you

    Yup. The app is very slow since today 20th December. Takes forever to load anything. Could it be the update from Play Store?
